This two-day OUTDOOR event will take place on our spacious 6.5 acre property in The Warehouse Arts District of South St. Pete. Check out the line-up below and save the dates!
FRIDAY’S LIMITED TICKETED EVENT (12/11)

Event begins at 7:30pm
Friday evening will proudly showcase all things literary. Limited tickets for socially distanced seating packages can be purchased in advance for The Factory First Look 👀 beginning on Sunday 11/22 at 11am, so get them while they last!
