Part of the St. Petersburg Foundation’s partnership with Pinellas County in operating the Lealman Exchange includes building maintenance and upgrades. In October 2024, Hurricane Milton damaged the “Better Together” mural on the Lealman Exchange property. The Gobioff Foundation has provided the St. Petersburg Foundation (SPF) with a generous grant to restore the iconic mural, which is more than just a vibrant piece of public art—it’s a symbol of community in the heart of Lealman.
